One of the greatest champions of regional Mexican music, Christian Nodal, has just released ‘Foraji2‘. An EP full of hits in which we find a track dedicated to the rapper Cazzu, his girlfriend and future mother of his first child. This is ‘Cazzualidades‘.

Christian Nodal ‘Forajido’
For me it was all a coincidence. How we met and how she made an impact on my life. That’s where the name Cazzu came from, “cazzualidad”. It’s a very romantic song. It’s one of the most personal songs I’ve done and we added some flamenco sounds, a very European vibe, mixed with Mexican essence, mixed with little Argentine words like ‘Fernet’ and ‘pa hablar de vos’.

Story behind Cazzualidades
Christian Nodal had been engaged to fellow singer Belinda, but things ended badly. During that low point in mid-2022, the Argentinian Julieta Emilia Cazzuchelli, real name of the Argentinian rapper Cazzu, came into his life.
To celebrate their new relationship and the early arrival of their first child, Christian decided to compose a song for Cazzu telling their beautiful love story 💞
- As you may have already guessed the name of the song “Cazzualidades” is a play on words joining the name of his partner “Cazzu” and the word “Casualidades (Coincidences)”, as Christian assures that the fact that they met was a coincidence.
Upon hearing the song Cazzu said to Christian:
Thank you my love for writing me the most beautiful song in the world. I love you so much!
To which Christian replied:
The most precious cazzualidad, I love you mommy.
Musically, the song mixes the Mexican essence with flamenco sounds.
