More than 1 billion streams and 350 million views on YouTube. These are the incredible figures that summarize the Parisian dance duo Ofenbach. They are the 2 young French musicians and DJs Dorian Lauduique and César de Rummel.

Dorian and César met at school when they were kids. When they were 13 years old, their father encouraged them to form a band. As they were both Led Zeppelin and Rolling Stones lovers, they started playing rock music.

After high school, they both enrolled in film school, continued their interest in music and started composing, but switched to dance music, more specifically deep house, influenced by their compatriots Daft Punk and Stardust.

After numerous performances in Parisian underground bars in 2014, the duo finally found a stage name: Ofenbach. The name corresponds to the surname of musician Jacques Offenbach. They decided to use it as a way to pay homage to the music without plagiarizing it.

After releasing several singles, they would start to become known in 2016 thanks to ‘Be Mine, reaching number 1 in Russia and Poland.

In 2017, the duo covers the song ‘Katchi’ and participates in several festivals, including, Tomorrowland.

Ofenbach, Norma Jean Martine 'Overdrive' Lyrics

I wanna feel the heat, I wanna own the night
I wanna feel the beat, I wanna dance tonight
I wanna lose myself, I wanna come alive
I wanna feel the love, go into overdrive

I wanna feel the heat, I wanna own the night
I wanna feel the beat, I wanna dance tonight
I wanna lose myself, I wanna come alive
I wanna feel the love, I wanna go into overdrive
Into overdrive (oh)

Mm
It doesn’t matter where I go (go)
I feel the music in my soul (mm-mm)
I love the way the rhythm makes my body go

Mm
There’s a dance floor in my dreams
And I’ve been movin’ in my sleep (my sleep)
Love the way the bass sound makes me lose control

I wanna feel the heat, I wanna own the night
I wanna feel the beat, I wanna dance tonight
I wanna lose myself, I wanna come alive
I wanna feel the love, I wanna go into overdrive
Into overdrive (oh)

I wanna feel the heat, I wanna own the night
I wanna feel the beat, I wanna dance tonight
I wanna lose myself, I wanna come alive
I wanna feel the love, go into overdrive

Into overdrive
Into overdrive
Into overdrive (oh)
Into overdrive

Quiero perderme, quiero revivir

Quiero perderme, quiero revivir
Quiero sentir el amor, quiero ir a toda velocidad
A toda pastilla (oh)

Mm

Y me he estado moviendo en mi sueño (mi sueño)

Quiero perderme, quiero revivir
Quiero sentir el amor, quiero ir a toda pastilla
A toda marcha (oh)

Quiero perderme, quiero revivir
Quiero sentir el amor, ir a toda velocidad

A toda marcha
A toda pastilla
A toda marcha (oh)
A toda pastilla
